Frustrated when dining out????

Find a solution with my Innovative Service Offering

Consider the following scenario:

You’re exited, you have a date, you’ve planned this a lot,

It’s a special occasion, you arrive @ lets say the Dros,

Wow it’s very busy; you wait 20 minutes to be seated,

You wait 10 minutes to be served,

You wait another 30 minutes to be served your order,

Frustrated already? - Not much I can do about that

Things are warming up, you’re enjoying your meal, have been talking a lot

You want to order an extra drink /where's the waiter? / You’re frustrated,

You want a further side order /where the waiter? / You’re frustrated

You are finished and want your bill /where's the waiter? / You’re frustrated,

You recall the evening out, yes it was fabulous!!!

BUT DAMN I HAD TO WAIT ON WAITERS!!!!!!

Have you/your friends/your family ever experienced these frustrations?

I’m Wieger and I want to share with you a story…

I live close to Tygervalley, Bellville, Western Cape, South Africa and those who have ever visited Tygervalley Centre, or for that matter any other major shopping centre, will know the sizes of their Mugg & Bean coffee shops? I took the time to count the number of tables at Tygervalley Mugg & Bean, which turned out to be 100+, and…..each table can seat 2 - 4 customers!

And for sure, there is almost at any point in time a huge amount of customers dining out, either just drinking coffee or spending their well earned money enjoying friendship, a quick bite , an office get together or a romantic evening out.

Yes there are many different reasons for visiting a coffee shop such as Mugg & Bean or for that matter any other popular restaurant such as the Spur, Saddles, Stones, Dros and the like.

I must have visited many such coffee shops and restaurants during the years and I have really enjoyed those few hours with friends, family and colleagues….but

I can similarly recall my frustrations in drawing our waiter’s attention to order that extra side order ….or spending minutes looking, waving and calling for waiters to present our bill!!

Anyone else having experienced those same frustrations? Please tell your story!
